Represented a start-up technology platform provider in multiple transactions, including the review and negotiation of a co-operation agreement with a leading insurance provider in Thailand, the drafting of a service agreement, terms of service, partnership agreement, and privacy policy, as well as the negotiation of a service agreement with an event organiser platform. The work involved structuring partnerships, protecting intellectual property and data privacy, and aligning commercial arrangements with the client’s growth strategy in the event and insurance sectors.
