Predee is a Founder and Managing Partner of Principle Law and Advisory, where he helps clients navigate complex business and legal matters with clarity and confidence.
Predee provides counsel and representation to clients in a wide range of commercial and business transactions, encompassing hospitality, real estate, digital and technology law, data protection, employment, corporate, banking, and finance. Predee specializes in guiding corporations, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and startups through domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
Chalanthorn Siri-Aksorn
Mid-level Associate
Chalanthorn is an Associate at Principle Law and Advisory. Her expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions with a strong focus on drafting and reviewing key transaction documents such as asset and share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and share subscription agreements. Chalanthorn also advises on a wide range of commercial contracts and real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating lease agreements and structuring long-term leasehold arrangements. In the hospitality sector, Chalanthorn regularly assists hotel owners and operators in reviewing and negotiating hotel management agreements and its ancillary agreements.
