Thai Food Industry Group – Multiple F&B Business Acquisitions

Represented a well-known Thai food industry group, as buyer, in a series of acquisitions involving diverse F&B businesses, including a Thai dessert company, a local fast-food restaurant chain, a renowned café and bakery, an instant ready-to-cook meal producer, and a barbecue grill restaurant chain entering the Bangkok market. The scope of work included reviewing and negotiating Asset Sale and Purchase Agreements (including a transaction valued of up to THB 22.5 million) and Shareholders’ Agreements. The transactions required strategic advice on deal structuring, recipe protection, and aligning shareholder rights and obligations to support the group’s long-term expansion strategy.
