Chalanthorn is an Associate at Principle Law and Advisory. Prior to joining the firm, Chalanthorn practiced in a boutique law firm and a Singaporean law firm in Thailand. Chalanthorn assisted both domestic and international clients with corporate matters such as corporate registrations, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and real estate matters where she assisted clients with sale, purchase and lease of residential and commercial properties as well as conducting comprehensive corporate and land due diligence. In addition, Chalanthorn is also well versed in intellectual property protection with a particular focus on trademark matters. Her work includes trademark registration, advising on intellectual property-related legal issues and preparing appeals and other submissions to the Department of Intellectual Property in cases involving rejections, oppositions or related disputes.
